Starting third, we were given a project to upskill in areas where we would like to be hired. I chose to look at a 3D character artist. I found a piece of concept art online by Jan Sarbort of a knight. I chose this because it was outside my comfort zone and would be a good challenge. I had a four-week sprint to explore what I could accomplish using the skills I currently possess. I have really enjoyed the outcome so far. To continue this in another three-week sprint, I want to focus on the shoulders and create a better lion head. The bands on the arms need to be straight and sharper curves. The helmet has also been difficult to get the shape right.
